CHASZERO, you never cease to amaze me with your stupidity. There is NO significant short in CMKX. Never was. Urban and pals were our problem. Looks like the SEC has them now, I suspect the IRS is right behind them. I wish the best for Kevin and Bill, though this looks like they are fighting as losing battle.

But you know about losing battles...
