Ghors, I pulled my license from the wall after about 40years because I became tired of the courts not really being in session and the failure of the judges to be prepared and not working. Come to Houston and I will take you around and show you that the judges disappear around noon on Wednesday. I was once talking to 2 Texas Supreme Court Justices at a bar function when a Senior Federal Judge walked up and asked what was the topic of conversation. The Texas Judges looked at me and I answered the question as follows: "We were discussing if federal judges should be elected. I believe that they should be, because it is almost impossible to get rid of an incompent federal judge!" Judge Lynn and Batts make me wonder about their credentials! Tucker
