loophole73, thanks for the response. I understand that now. I am only afraid of giving these unethical, culprit and arrogant folks more help then what the system is already giving them. Maybe I have become paranoid. But, their track record has shown that they will stop at nothing. I hope the ALJ shows them the door with some hefty fines (in fines or higher license rates) on their back.
