bolds, IMO it is rather safe to assume that Wave will prolly never do any business w/GROW ever again.

Wave burned GROW w/the $19Mil rev prediction & hasn't had analyst coverage since then.

btw, nice explanation of a typical shelf, but it seems like more are done as "best offorts" than secondaries.

a secondary is usally done in one big block & the market knows a bit in advance that it is coming.

5Mil @ $5 also assumes there won't be heavy retail shorting in the event that wavx does ever get back to that price.

anyway, good luck. i know you have a great deal riding on yer faith in Wave.
