MC, I know how non-dislosures work and how common they are. But I don't think it's "spin" to say the purpose of non-disclosures is to limit the dissemination of information that could be privileged..

FWIW, I don't blame Drake for trying to limit investor contacts with their service providers. No provider wants their personnel wasting time fielding questions from curious / irate investors.
