Actually, there is a way that phantom stock could enter the market and seem legit, at least until physical certs are requested. It would take collusion with the transfer agent which seems possible here with CMKX. Since Bagely and the transfer agent that she apparently controls have been named in the legal suit. It's quite possible that Edwards and crew could have pulled this off. I suspect that this happened much earlier then most believe and actually was during the period before the last symbol change.
