Wave Systems will have approximately 100 million shares outstanding. At $2 PPS Market cap of 200 million.

It's unlikely this next round of financing will get us anywhere near 100M.

Wave is currently listed on Yahoo as having 63.58M shares outstanding (actually, I thought one of the recent SEC filings states slightly more).

The shareholders currently have authorized up to 135M shares total outstanding which includes something like 35M in employee options. I may be a wrong on the options number, but I do recall that it's 135M total.
