Which really begs the question ( trade secret/catalyst)..of, whom really, really "owns" the secret??

IMO..its not JR (my guess) is that he sold it a loooonnnnggggg time ago...which is why the subject gets brushed aside, whenever someone brings it up.

And it is very possible that the "sale" was to USSE.
