I spoke with Urban's brother yesterday. Urban has already made a deal with the SEC to cooperate and provide further assistance against others involved. Urban will have to forfeit some money, but not nearly what he has stolen and hid from authorities, according to his brother. Criminal complaints are coming, but chances of Urban doing time is remote.

No prosecution of Carolyn.

First one to rat the others out, always gets the best deal.
