vg, you must have read a different post from dmiller than I did. He didn't say it was the end of the world if we lose. And like his message to you in private said, unfortunately for those of who don't trade it, he has been right more times than most on this board will give him credit for. I wish he wasn't but if he has been following his own predictions with the stock price, he would have done very well trading it. Unfortunately, I haven't been trading it because I know with my luck, I will sell just as the news of a Nokia agreement gets announced.

The famous dmiller sends me a private message....why can't he understand that I can have my opinion when he has his own...again, why should this be a private message....when he thinks it is right...it should be here in the public forum...

dmiller's private message to me -------
Like it or not...I've been correct much more often than I've been wrong over the years. Besides, I was just giving my thoughts to some questions that Dd was soliciting opinions for.

Maybe you should just back off and mind your own business.
-------

BTW, I am minding my own business....my investment in this company is important to me and I will defend when somebody tries to spread unnecessary fears by fueling the negative sentiment ...IDCC's request to stay Batt's ruling getting denied (if that happens) could be positive to IDCC (a quick resolution of Samsung could be the side effect)...but, NO, the way they portray it is darkness and gloom all around....and if the stay request gets accepted, then all of a sudden that event is no so good and it will get us only $1 jump (so, positive is not really positive, but, negative is end of the world).
I have my right to chime in when they are one sided posts like this.

JMHO,
