Answer...I personally floated a sell order of 500k shares for almost 3-hours at a price of .015 ---- Absolutely no takers.

This is not legit and there is no chance of a take over. TCHH has no money, and in my opinion is making no serious buys in the open market. If they were, then any serious blocks offered for sale would be scooped up almost immediately.

I offered almost 1% of the float for about 1/10th of the buyout price and nothing happened.

That does not add up!
