Doma, I spoke with Wave today....

As I understand it the entire VOSTRO line has been outsourced to Asustek and all Dell does is slap a logo on it. They ship from Asustek with Infineon TPMs and Infineon software. Wave's software works on top of Infineon's. It's confusing but not an issue.
