Your best bet would be to wait for SOMETHING to happen. Nothing has happened in months upon months. We flirted with 4s a couple of times, but other than that, this stock is mired in a miserable slump.
Many here provide a ridiculous amount of DD, all of which has done nothing but suck in more people to hang around at .0001, .0002 and .0003 once in a while.
One poster in particular has convinced a few he has a direct line open with Carol Johnson, the CEO. His claims of what will happen in the immediate future have been completely untrue.
Believe nothing you read here about what's "going to happen". The company couldn't care less about the shareholders, provides no updates, is intertwined with many other companies...all owned and run by the same people.
You'll hear talk of HCPC being on the path to being a bank. You'll hear talk of a merger. You'll hear talk about a casino in Reno. You'll hear talk about RELM, CREMEL, ICCC, and other associated companies. You'll read about things that happened in 1994, and ideas that came out years ago.
In the end, it's .0001 x .0002, .0001 x .0003 and once in a while, you might see .0002 x .0003...and that's about it. Basically, if you have extra cash to park and don't particularly care what happens to it, this is a great place.
