I've been asking for info on it for weeks. I've seen nothing about a merger or a reverse merger. People here hit the roof with a mention of negative terms like reverse split or dilution because there is no proof and yet other throw out words like merger and reverse merger with a similar lack of proof and it's fine.
Here are a couple of replies to I got to my last inquiry about the merger:

Cah, it's circumstantial evidence to be sure, but you got a building that has probably been purchased to house the companies together, and a CEO who controls them all in one way or another. Do the math.
It's my opinion that we'll see some consolidation of operations and workflows. I'm not going to re-hash 4 weeks of postings.

We can post all of the significant connections that we like (and there's lot of them), but without company confirmation, they are just hyperbole. We need PRs to prove them.
Based on what I've seen, I'm in. Are you?
I doubt there was much more than conjecture when investors went all in on Bill Gates selling DOS to IBM. I doubt there were PRs.
Take a chance or don't. None of us have PROOOF of anything.

Basically, as far as anyone here has shown, there is absolutely nothing pointing to anything that has to do with a merger. Zilch. Zero. If someone can produce something relating to HCPC merging with another company, please do.
There is an amazing about of DD here. If this merger info exists, please post it.
