That's utterly absurd. Mark sounds like a pumper clown who take after his father and cousin.

They wait until after a R/S (which Mark said is possible but he just does'nt see it happening now)???????????

I guess Mark hasn't bothered to read the proxy statement.

He does'nt think BCIT can do a R/S at this point in time, they just don't have the shares needed and any co's. obligation is to be able to "satisfy the markets" need for shares

Not true. You can r/s down to practically nothing if that's what you want to do.
