Talked to Usleton this a.m. ... some comments you....

might like to kick around........

A bit more from Usleton....opinion only of course....

he has'nt talked to BCIT for months so I filled him in a bit.

He does'nt think BCIT can do a R/S at this point in time, they just don't have the shares needed and any co's. obligation is to be able to "satisfy the markets" need for shares and with the DTC vaporizing what they held (as I've ?'d about that SEC report affect to shell) that it does in fact cause a shortage of available shares.

The sec rulings have done what I/we thought, everything being held is counterfiet except for the originals and what BCIT has issued to Darbie/CGF/Megas. It does in fact leave that 101% short position that I mentioned on the Hub, or there abouts.

Now... again... where are the brokers gonna get shares for us? They can by us out individually and retire their IOU's to us, inter-brokerage stuff, or they're gonna have to go to BCIT directly where BCIT will set the pps, interesting huh? Now consider what OUR pps will be if BCIT sells 400/500 Mil. shares at a buck or two?

Usleton says a multiple of ... 30... is more than fair to apply based on the fact that BCIT will/could/might have upwards of $800 min. bucks in cash!
This then goes to what I was speculating about that "window" being opened ahead of any R/S for our fine fine brokers to cover before the R/S.
They wait until after a R/S (which Mark said is possible but he just does'nt see it happening now)??????????? ......the sky's the limit!

"And the sharks started to circle... the smell of blood in the water was overwhelming!"
