Nokia is holding their competition at bay by not signing, therefore dragging out arbitration, then trying to cut a sweet deal with IDCC , and get a jump on competition.
IDCC has a stronger case than they did with E, so I hope they take them N/S to the cleaners, and fire a shot that will be heard around the world.
IDCC needs to figure out away to trigger their patents to work only after the license writes a check...that would put a stop to this BS...MHO
