Monthly filing for ATC,
During the reporting period, month of March, it says ATC received the 16.5MM shares from GTEL. Earlier filings indicated an ATC shareholder meeting was needed to approve the "modified agreement". I don't quite understand.
To date ATC has used A$546k,(USD415k), of GTEL's loan fascilities.
