The big boards are growing tiresome, and these accounting anomalies are scaring the investors, we don't believe a company is what they say they are anymore! And these companies are assisted by Hollywood analysts, that BS the public so their firms won't lose lucrative investment banking business! So it's up to the public to learn that a hold rating is actually a sell, quite a price to pay for that lesson to all new investors. Sells ratings by analysts, 1.3% only!!!

Here's what we get,

Enron Corp — many analysts maintained positive ratings on the energy trader right up to Dec. 2!!

Confusing accounting practices,

Pro forma earnings

Overestimated pension fund returns

Use of stock options instead of cash to pay managers

Off balance-sheet activities

market to market accounting

Round-trip revenue recognition

And so on!!!

The market needs new ideas, a newer paradigm of technology and thought, we need to reach the next level of age. Technology, the PDA's, Cells, PC's, MP3's, CD Burning, Digital Camera's, Internet, fuel cells, - it's getting to feel old! And that's just the tech sector.

The market will start with us, not the companies, they'll continue to introduce new products and advertise to make us feel we need these cool things, but the bottom line is - we need to feel excited about something again to buy. We need to have that - "gotta have it" want again! The fuel cells are great alternative energy source and important for environmental issues, but how many are looking forward to driving one of them EV's? step on the "GAS?" peddle, more like "juice" peddle, and hear my engine hum, I prefer to hear my engines SHRIEK!! - make them hover in the air, and then we are talking.

OTC arena is were it's at, start ups are the key to new beginnings in the market - the accounting is simple, and those balance sheets are easier to read. There's no Hollywoodization of analysts in the OTC, because there is no analysts. Potential for multi baggers here rule also! our latest, COPI, 2 cents to 38, and holding at 33. The way the market is going - better to wait on those up against the ropes financially Nas stocks, they are coming to OTC land anyway.

Of course in this arena we must avoid the RS, the share dilution, scams, etc etc etc.

So? Choose your poison,

I choose OTC start ups!!
