I hope it is no harm in me butting in but originally IDCC wanted Nok and Samsung separated. It would have been classic divide and conquer, however Nok has managed to insert themselves into the game by asking for consolidation only to get full disclosure of all the documents and evidence only to escape through the backdoor with the ability to re-strategize a different game plan for the next go around. In addition they have cause delay of the Samsung outcome as well as their outcome. All of the above is based on Nok being successful at the Second Circuit Court. JMHO
