JimLur--Is there anyone that you know that could get us a copy of the mandate from the Federal Circuit (as well as the other filings)? It might be helpful to see what Nokia is arguing. I am real surprised that the Fed. Circuit transferred the case to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. I thought that IDCC's attorneys could rely on the Tessera decision where the Fed. Circuit reviewed a Cal. Dist. Ct. preliminary injunction ruling instead of the Ninth Circuit which usally hears appeals from the Cal. Dist. Cts. I guess in that case no one challenged the jursidiction of the Fed. Circuit.
