he is selling all a/s until he hit a milllion dollars...DUH, we knew that. if he does not get the million, he will probably authorize more shares til he does. then, like i said before, open the stores that are in progress and the web site, and when he has a balance sheet that is worth something, he can leverage the company with debt. i think this is why they want to franchise as well...instant cash for the franchise fee plus royalties without the responsibility and liability...someone else fronts the money and you get a share of the profit just for selling your name to them.
