10, just a matter of Darrell getting everything done.... the accountants were hired what, a month or so ago now... hopefully we start seeing some filings hit here sometime soon..

BHUB is covering all the ~1.5B shares that SAT issued, so really, what beef would FINRA or the DTC have once BHUB gets current and files the 15c211?
