" Well, no there wasn't. There were some stories posted on the message boards about a small number of people being unable to get their certificates but no information on why that was the case. In most of the postings it seemed to be due to problems with having shares in IRA accounts or other reasons related to tax problems etc. "

Really , funny the people I know who didn't receive their certs here in Canada don't have issues preventing delivery.
