Why would a retail investor sell @ .04 when they could get .045 and the next highest ask is .048. I would understand if they were undercutting the ask at .045 or .044, by this guy goes to .040, then .038. And just seconds before the .045's were getting nailed. doesn't add up. I like this play, but something is fishy with that. JMO
