Man they had no earthly right to want to reactivate DE and/or MA if they didnt want the go back public. They already had their subs in place and active for 10 years. Must of been some laws about a wait after the bankruptcy but now that is over. So they activate DE, then 2-3 months later the activate MA, now they have their subs in place, they still own all the insider shares, and BOOM we get a PR soon!
