WD...they continue to exist for one reason...and one reason only. Kostro holds 9 million shares & little man aka Jonny-L another million. Kostro's holdings increased via the Magic Money loan (another charade put on shareholders)and he wants something, anything for his shares. Can't dump until financials are current. Even better, since everyone and I mean everyone on the street knows this is just another South Florida Scam Company...the kitchen staff...aka Rob Bleckman is powerless to pump the PPS.

WD-40...it's over. IMHO, you and fellow shareholders should start a class action and go after all present and past Board members for not disclosing material facts and asset values.

The corporate shell is worthless and can easily be folded.
