I feel we haven't heard the last of
DHARMA. While LOST continues to flash forward,
missing pieces from previous Arcs are being filled in.

As far as Purgatory, no. J.J. Abrams and his Crew have
confirmed on numerous occasions and in multiple
publications that LOST is specifically not about
Purgatory. Rather, LOST is an Allegorical telling
of compelling characters caught up in a real time play.
All they know is what they brought with them.
