They are also a broker. I am just going off someone that got the information while working on one of the lawsuits. They passed this information alone in the course of their investigation. I am not saying Bill or Kevin is involved or not but I don't think they are interested in opening that can of worms either. Just the appearance that Brewer left with the TOGI can make many wonder about the association. So they just dropped it. Brewer put them in a bad situation whether they knew about it or not. Deli transferred a 50 billion share cert to them for Urban. Brewer helped Deli set up the deals with Urban and James Kinney. He also sold all his shares to Deli. And being a major investor in the TOGI it doesn't look good even if others in the TOGI knew nothing. It does seem hard to believe that he wouldn't have said anything to them though.
