(collectively “InterDigital”) move for leave to file a reply to the Commission InvestigatiW ‘4
Staffs response to Samsung’s motion for summary determination of no violation of Section 337
as to claim 7 of U.S. Patent No. 6,674,791 (“the ‘791 patent”). The Staffs response, which was
filed on March 28,2008, mischaracterizes InterDigital’s position on the validity of claim 7 of the
‘791 patent. InterDigital believes this reply is necessary to clarify the record.
InterDigital has contacted counsel for the other parties and the Commission Investigative
Staff for their positions with respect to this motion for leave. Counsel for Nokia, Samsung, and
the Staff all indicated they had no opposition provided this motion comports with the Judge’s
Ground Rules.
