Question to the CMKM Diamonds board ? ?

I am new to iHub (just signed up today), and fairly new to the market (in since Sept. 03). I have been watching this stock for about 1 1/2 months now. I have noticed that it goes between a low of .0001, to a high of .0002 on an almost daily basis, with large trading volumes. I think it hit a high of .0007 last week, or the week before. It also looks like it did not trade on some days. My question is, why couldn't a person buy 10m shares @ .0001, and sell @ .0002 for a double, and do it once (maybe twice) a week?

TIA, and pls excuse my newness to the market.
