A sub penny hiring an IR firm is never good for shareholders. Usually, it means one of two things: Dilution into news, or dilution into news.

Bederra shouldn't have even been THINKING about hiring one at this stage. Especially not a firm like Numarket, with no track record and a CEO message boarder.
