Thanks Go Mosh. It seems like JP is in bed with PXD and since it is very likely JP is trying to cover their butts, i would presume anything they filed on behalf of the trust is worthless.

Are you hearing anything from your contacts or from the legal counsel? How are things proceeding with the case. I spoke to the court yesterday and they told me defendants summary judgment motion was not ruled and that defendants request for oral arguments was denied. Thanks!
