No problem at all, Sanswire deal if completed is part of GTEL so any discussion about it is just fine. I have no doubt that the Strattelite possibilities are endless if everything went according to the perfect plan. Like I said I feel like I know what they would like to do if the "perfect plan" works. The HOW is what is blank at this point. We know they will issue 28MM shares(21MM restricted one year). At todays pps that is about 2.8MM for the assets and intellectual property of which nobody is quite sure what that includes. I am thankful no debt/liabilities rides with the purchase. So at this point I don't feel like I have enough info yet to speak intelligently on the subject, hopefully more info will come soon.
I have mentioned to many shareholders that I feel GTEL has their fingers in many pies. What I want to see is the pieces of the pie come together(finished)so we and new shareholders can look at what GTEL has and who they are associated with and understand. The four data plants being built with the 10MM funding will bring that area of the business to a close, then it will be time to produce. Yes, the lack of info on ATC does bother me. While up to date details are available on ASX site, a mention from Huff would be expected as we are funneling operating dollars to ATC. Many items on the platter, time to complete or update, no doubt.....rock
