Ok, so I still dont get it. How can they issue 1 bill pref shares at $1 with the share price at .0002 and use them to fund projects if they are not actually worth that much. Wouldn't the companies shares have to be worth $1 in order for anyone to accept those pref shares as payment? Someone please explain this if you can.
