Zebat, as per the court clerk that i spoke to this morning, the motion is still pending. The judge has not ruled on it yet. He told me that the hearing the defendants wanted with regard to the docket control number was denied however.He does not know when the judge will rule on it but the judge wants a new docket control number which is a good sign to me. If she was going to grant the motion, why demand that the parties settle on dates, proceedings to trial? Essentially, we are in the same exact position as yesterday.
