johhnykansas, feel your frustration but SEC isn't the answer, imo.

Complaints to the SEC will not harm the spammers, it will harm shareholders and their stock investment.

Complaining to the SEC is a good way to have a stock suspended from trading for 10 days. During the trading suspension, the OTCBB will delist the stock. Then it will reopen in the grey market (no bid/ask quotes). It will reopen @ a share price about 90% lower from where it closed.

It happened to me 2 times. I lost several thousand dollars on one stock in 10 days and the stock wasn't even trading during those 10 days.
