ERUC has raised their A/S to 3 billion shares. So, explain to me why they would do that if they aren't diluting like mad. Less than 1 year ago they had 20 million outstanding with a 200 million cap. They filed to raide the authorized in January but made an error on the filing. On that filing they were moving the A/S to 2 billion. 60 days after their filing got rejected they ammended it but raised the A/S to 3 billion instead of 2. And you sit here, day in and day out, trying to explain away the 99% drop in the pps by blaming shorts, market makers etc.... You make no mention of the massive raise in the A/S structure and you never even talk about this company going from 20 million shares to what has to be 2 billion by now. Why josey?
