as was explained to me yesterday,,, a lot of companies on the pinks are not necessarily registered withe the SEC,so that explains the lack of action with the SEC regarding a lot of companies...This one however,,, is,, That is ERUC... That does put it in their direct jurisdiction...So like I said we will see
