How can anyone who went through that...
Saw them thrown off their exchange...
Get investigated by the SEC...
Receive a Wells Notice from the SEC...
See just about all their key people quit...
See officers charged with fraud...
See them have to restate numbers...
See the technology proven a joke...
See them evicted more than once...
See them lose in court...
See they can't pay their bills...
See they continue to get sued...
See they have no defined source of funding...
See "no" customers in Mexico...
See them out of Trident 08...
See the stock go to 8¢...
etc... etc... etc... etc... etc...

How can anyone aware of that "not" realize how "serious" this is at this point?
