The wedding of Janice Annette Savin, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Savin of New York and Beverly Hills, Calif., to Christopher Judson Williams, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Allen Williams 2d of New Milford, Conn., took place yesterday at the Park Avenue Atrium. Justice William J. Davis of the New York State Supreme Court officiated.

Leslie Anne Savin, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor. Allen Williams 3d was best man for his brother.

Mrs. Williams, a graduate of Tufts University, is a specialist in taxable fixed incomes at Drexel Burnham Lambert in New York. Her father is a senior vice president in the high-yield securities department of the brokerage firm's Beverly Hills office.

Mr. Williams, a graduate of Howard University who received an M.B.A. from Dartmouth College, is a vice president of investment banking at Shearson Lehman Brothers. His father is employed by Northeast Utilities in Danbury, Conn.
