Is this a joke?

That has as much to do with this stock as saying, "The PR guy for HCPC went to Atlantic City once. There are casinos in Atlantic City...hmmmmmmm."

Or maybe "Carol Johnson's first name is Carol. I had a girlfriend named Carol when I was in high school. She was honest...hmmmmm"

How about "HCPC is in Delaware. If you rearrange the letters it would be spelled Ledarewa...hmmmmmmm"

Another interesting point is that "HCPC is connected with RELM and ICCC. Two of the three have the letter C in them...hmmmmmmm"
