not sure on the MagicPhone or softphones. I think the way the PR was written on Sanswire it has created some confusion.

"forth in the Binding Letter of Intent and the execution of a definitive Purchase Agreement by April 30, 2004. It is anticipated that the transaction will be completed by the end of March, 2004."

I read it to say that details were transacted by end of March.
The Definitive(FINAL) Purchase Agreement by April 30th. So in that context it would not be behind schedule or what was stated..jmo...rock
