A simple PR with a real checklist of what must be done before the equipment is shipped would do. No need for another golf tournatment.

For instance: "As soon as Drake has zonning approval for the mining project and all permits and funding are in place, the Dove equipment will be shipped. There is considerable site preparation work to be done before the equipment arrives."


This is the reality of trigger points for shipping equipment.

No more of this "crating and shipping as soon as possible" or "We are anxiously awaiting delivery of the equipment" crap.

More honesty in their PRs will help a lot.
