As a complete lay person as to understanding the actual ways that lawyers ply their trade i'm trying to comprehend how good are the IDC lawyers?It seems like from reading this board that whiz,loop,ghors and others can readily see where Nokias arguments are specious[at best]?If this is the case, then why wouldn't our IDC lawyer's cover ALL the bases?Is it that our lawyer's aren't as personally involved in this as their own company?Is this just another case their firm is working on?Once the fees are gone,they are gone? I cetainly do hope Nokias lawyer's[as in the past] read our board.The investors here HAVE a personal interest as owners of this company[yes,IDC is a publically owned company].I'm sure they might notice we have members willing to out of their way[squinquebob]to provide this forum with information.Yes,and they will also be in the courtroom noting the action.Confidential or not,sealed or not IHUB is watching.Lets HOPE our own lawyers take note as well,do their job,and don't leave a rock unturned..they are being watched!
