many question on new plan

are the charges for one year's incentives? or, would the charge apply to several year's worth of rewards? perhaps the shares are paid for today and given out later? $70,000 average comp. seems excessive.

engineers should be rewarded for essential contributions and/or patents. licensing staff should be rewarded for licenses.

was this just to work around the rejection of options by shareholders?

if to align with shareholder's interests, executives should be comp'd for stock price--that's our ultimate interest. hopefully, they're not some absurd MBO, (mgmt by objective), forecast on time and you get a bonus, make two presentations to WS and recieve shares.

i think we need to know more. since they claim they're aligning themselves with our interests, they ought to let us have some data to judge upon.
