Yeppers and some mighty big loans at that. Some can flip for pennies here and i respect that no question whatsoever but boy when they PR the big loan you dont want to be on the sidelines. Lots of great DD here to prove nothing less. Look at the dd and all thats going on behind the scenes....its not my gut but my head that tells me something's up here and its going to be good!
