Our only subsidiary, Independent Capital Credit Corporation (“ICCC”), packages and originates loan documents for delivery to a SPE funding conduit for funding sponsored by First Independent Financial Group. The delivery of loan documents is expected to produce fees to ICCC and the financial results of ICCC will be included in the financial statements.
