upanddown123, you don't understand this type of financing. The 02 cents in the 8K means little. Cornell will never lose money as they can issue the stock at the last 5 days of market price. They could essentially max out the O/S and authorized on this offereing if the share price continues to fall. I had to laugh they said they wouldn't short. That's the funniest thing I have ever heard.
