I see some 8K's where they delisted and refused to file 10K 10Q SEC reports but they stated in those filings they were going to be trading on the pink sheets. Generally one sees information on pink sheets when a company has filed for bankruptcy. Also there is no "Q" notation like seen with bankrupt stocks.

Can you find any public information that shows they went bankrupt or their assets were sold off?

I find it funny when this happens that the public company that was such a failure becomes such a success when it goes private.

In looking at the referenced web site it does give you the impression they may not be public as no reference to a stock symbol exists.

Does that leave the symbol as a pink shell then?
